Statement - Drogheda United FC appeal for wrongful dismissal
An Independent Appeal Committee of the FAI has rejected Drogheda United’s FC’s appeal for wrongful dismissal following Jack Keaney’s red card for denying an obvious goalscoring opportunity in Drogheda United FC’s SSE Airtricity Men’s Premier Division fixture versus Shamrock Rovers FC on 29 April 2024.
In accordance with the FAI Disciplinary Regulations, Jack Keaney will serve a one-match suspension.
