Galway United continued their incredible resurgence under John Caulfield as they reached the First Division play-off final with victory over Bray Wanderers.
The Tribesmen only found out about their progression to the play-offs on Thursday as Wexford won their appeal to put Galway ahead of Cabinteely in the league table.
It was a hard-fought contest at the Carlisle Grounds but it was Wilson Wawaru who found the winner as he capitalised on some terrible Wanderers defending to finish in the 82nd minute.
It means in the eleven matches John Caulfield has taken charge of Galway United in, Galway have won eight, drawn one and lost just two matches.

It looked as though the Students would book their First Division final spot as Colm Whelan put the home side ahead in the 18th minute.
However, Joe Gorman headed home a corner in the final minute of normal time to force extra-time. Yoyo Mahdy put the home side back into the lead as he slammed home a rebound in the 112th minute.
However, De Town wouldn't be denied and Gorman, once again, headed home from a corner just three minutes later. It looked like penalties but with the very last kick of the game, Dean Byrne scored an incredible 25-yard strike to put De Town into the First Division play-off final.
They will face Galway United in the First Division final.
