It really was a game of two halves here at the City Calling Stadium.
Longford started brightly and deserved their lead through Noack-Hofmann's header from a corner.
Shelbourne battled back into the game well and Jamie Doyle's low finish with his left foot was a deserved equaliser. Longford never really came out for the second half and O'Reilly was sent off for two yellow cards.
Shelbourne then took control with a fine team goal that was finished by Adam Evans six minutes after gaining the man advantage. McEnteer's goal late on made sure of the three points for the away side.
