Cabinteely made it two home wins in a row, and three in a row in the Divison, as they beat Cobh at Stradbrook on Saturday night.
The hosts were 1-0 at half-time, before eventually winning 4-1.
The visitors certainly started this game on top, but the best they could muster was a 23rd minute headed chance for Anthony O'Donnell.
He got good power behind the effort, but it was straight at Michael Kelly. Cabinteely took the lead a couple of minutes later.
A corner went across the front of the Cobh goal, before falling to Joe Doyle.
He smashed the ball home from close range to give the hosts a lead which they arguably didn't deserve at that point.
But the goal turned the game. Marty Waters had a chance to double the Cabo lead before the break, only for some great goalkeeping by Paul Hunt to tip the striker's effort around the post. But the hosts weren't to be denied, and Karl Byrne's excellent solo goal had them two up within ten minutes of the restart.
That two goal cushion didn't last long however, as Mann was fouled and Cobh were awarded a penalty. Chris McCarthy smashed it into the left corner, to set up a tense final thirty minutes.
But the Kilbogget Park side made the points save in the 76th minute, as Conor Keely headed them two clear once more, meeting a corner at the front post. Marty Waters put a sheen on the scoresheet late on when he finished Anthony Dolan's cross to the net.
The result moves the south Dublin club into 3rd in the table ahead of a trip to Athlone next Friday.
