Shelbourne travel to Saints in first selection
Tuesday 25th March 2025: Virgin Media Television has released the next six live fixtures in the SSE Airtricity Men’s Premier Division.
With the next live game this Friday when league leaders Drogheda United travel to newly promoted Cork City at Turner’s Cross, Virgin Media Two will host six more crucial clashes in the early stages of the 2025 title race.
April’s coverage kicks off on Friday, 4 April, with Stephen Kenny’s St Patrick's Athletic hosting reigning champions Shelbourne after both sides played out two memorable encounters last season.
Damien Duff’s side will be back on Virgin Media Television screens seven days later, when they host the North Dublin Derby with Bohemians crossing the canal to Tolka Park on Friday, 11 April.
Current leaders Drogheda United entertain Shels on Friday, 18 April at Sullivan & Lambe Park after Kevin Doherty’s men beat the Champions 1-0 earlier this season.
Shamrock Rovers will then look to atone for their opening weekend defeat to Bohs on Monday 21 April, after they fell to their Dublin rivals in front of a record crowd at the Aviva Stadium last month.
Shamrock Rovers will then face Shelbourne in Tallaght Stadium on Friday 25th April in another huge Ringsend Derby with kick-off moving from 20:00 to 19:45.
Sligo Rovers will then play Drogheda United at The Showgrounds on Friday, 2 May which will see every SSE Airtricity Men’s Premier Division team covered so far under Virgin Media Television’s new coverage.
