Making a difference in the local community is hugely important to every SSE Airtricity League club and Longford Town have started to embrace that early this season.
Manager Neale Fenn and assistant Daire Doyle took time out of their busy week to visit Stonepark National School and mix with the children as excitement builds ahead of the new campaign kicking off.
The duo also paid a visit to Attic House Teen Project, which provides a safe environment for young people to meet and interact. The link between the club and the non-profit organisation will only strengthen over time following this recent visit.
