Dundalk know what is required to overcome Rosenborg in their UEFA Champions League qualifier and manager Stephen Kenny believes they are capable of achieving it. After last week's 1-1 draw, The Lilywhites have travelled to Norway for the second leg knowing that their opponents hold an away goal and plenty of experience at this level. Still, Kenny is fully aware of how things can change during the course of a game. Should Dundalk get an away goal of their own and play like they did in the first leg then it will become interesting. "There is a lot of football to be played here and if we play as well as we did last week, then we have a great chance," said Kenny. "We're capable of stepping up again. We're going to have to play the game of our lives, defend really well and put in an extraordinary performance but it's not beyond us to try and get a result." Kenny's counterpart, Kare Ingebrigtsen, accepts that the pressure is all on his team - who have never been knocked out at the first stage of qualifying in European competition - but he is ready for a battle. "For us it's important to get into the group stages but we know where we are in European football. Everybody dreams to play in the Champions League but I know it's really difficult," said Ingebrigtsen. "We want to win the game and we will go into the game to win it. We think Dundalk have to score more than one goal if they are going to beat us."
