The race to seal a place in next season's SSE Airtricity League Premier Division reaches its final laps as Drogheda United and Shelbourne will contest the Play-Offs in order to reach the next stage.

The winners of the two-legged tie will take on Finn Harps - who finished the First Division season in second place behind champions UCD - in another two-legged tie before the winner of that get to face the team who finishes second from bottom in the top flight.

So that is potentially six games for either Drogheda or Shelbourne to make it back into the top tier. This is when the strength of their squads will be tested most.
