SSE Airtricity League Premier Division side Derry City have extended the stay of Nicky Low.
The Scottish midfielder has extended his stay with Kenny Shiels’ side until the end of the season ahead of Derry’s UEFA Europa League qualifier in Denmark on Thursday.
Low still has a year to run on his Dundee contact but the two clubs have reached an agreement as Derry look to secure European football this season.
Low said: “I’ve enjoyed my time here and it was only the league camapaign but now we are going into Europe and then the FAI Cup. We’ll be looking to get back into Europe next season as well.
“So, there’s a lot of things happening here and I’m excited to see where it takes us, so I’m absolutely delighted things are now sorted out.”
The Candystripes travel to FC Midtjylland this week in the UEFA Europa League first qualifying round.
