Former Shamrock Rovers midfielder Jack Byrne has signed for Apoel Nicosia of Cyprus.
The Cypriot club are sitting in 11th place in the League and are managed by former Ireland manager Mick McCarthy.
McCarthy gave Byrne his first cap for Ireland.
The deal will run until 2023 and Byrne will wear the No.29 shirt.
