Hull City have won the race to sign Cork City’s defender Sean McLoughlin.
There was lots of interest in the centre back with Portsmouth and Preston also keeping an eye on the defender.
The Deal is expected to be announced by the end of the week.
Hull have done previous business with Cork City as they signed Brian Lenihan in 2014 from the Leesiders.
