Sligo Rovers defeat Bray Wanderers and move away from danger

 

Sligo Rovers defeated Bray Wanderers 2-1 at the Showgrounds to condemn the Seagulls to their fourth defeat in five games and lift themselves up the table.

Goals from Jack Keaney and Eduardo Pinceli were the difference for the Bit ‘o red as Gerard Lyttle’s side went into the break 2-0 at half time.

Wanderers did pull a goal back late on through Cory Galvin to put Sligo under a bit of pressure late on but Lyttle’s side held on for a big three points.
