The clash of the Ballybofey terraces

On the 29th of July in an aim to keep Finn Harps in the premier division a fundraising ‘grudge match’ will be held in Finn Park at 6pm between the two sets of supporters.

The 54 Crew united with “the fans on the terrace” despite going to war on the pitch in a battle to be the best that Ballybofey can offer with some guests included in what is sure to be a magnificent event.

For what is sure to be a fiery affair and a chance to support Donegal’s only senior club, €5 for adults is great value with kids in free; with a penalty shootout and a chance for the ‘wains’ to take on a special guest goalkeeper.

When the phrase “he got sent for a hotdog” surrounding a football match is mentioned the mind immediately thinks of wonderful skill yet on the 29th of July fans can literally go for a hotdog with a barbeque on during the game.

After the match the teams will unite once again for a ‘Man of the match’ award to be given out with a raffle and a DJ in what will be a great night out following the game.

Hope to see everyone there for what will be a great event.
