Drogheda United’s relegation fears seem to have increased over the weekend with the announcement that two of their more experienced and pivotal players Marc Griffin & Killian Brennan have left the club.
Both players stated that they asked to leave and were not released.
The pair failed to nail down a consistent starting place in the team and Brennan was blighted with injuries as he broke his collarbone in Drogheda’s first game in the League of Ireland his season.
They have both wished the club well in future.
Just to clear things up wish drogheda united the best luck for rest of the season nd hope they stay up,I was not released I asked to leave❤️
