Bohemian FC have wasted no time in adding to their talented roster by completing the signing of left winger Jamie Doyle from neighbors and soon to be ground sharers, Shelbourne FC.
Doyle joined Shels in December 2016 having had a successful stint with UCD, playing a big part in the Students Europa league campaign playing in all four games, and will make the leap into the Premier division with the Gyspies ahead of the 2017 season.
Clearly delighted at finally getting his man, Gypsies boss Keith Long said: “He’s a player who has been on our radar for a while. He’s 6ft 3in, will offer an attacking threat and is capable of chipping in with a few goals.
“It’s a big step up from the First Division but he has the ability to adapt to a higher level.”
