Waterford United Football Club released a statement confirming the decision of the Football Association of Ireland to suspend first team manager Roddy Collins for a period of six games and fine him €1500 for comments he made in his column in the Irish Star.
Whilst the board of Waterford United are extremely disappointed with the decision of the FAI, the club will be making no further comment on this issue pending an appeal process.

Pal of my Nephew signed for Sheffield Wednesday a few years ago. 4 year deat at St 7000.00 per week. Played 14 games in total. Saw out his contract. Happy days for him.
Isn’t it sad ? The man speaks the truth and gets BANNED ! Why are the League of Ireland muppets afraid of the truth ?
