Fans planning a trip north to Derry or Finn Harps next year now will have the option of flying.
A new route from Dublin Airport to Derry will open up the possibility of teams and their supporters flying to venues such as The Brandywell and Finn Park in Ballybofey.
The flight takes less than an hour compared with around 3.5 hours by road so could be worthwhile if flights are priced correctly.
The new route launches in April, just a month after the new season kicks-off.
It is something to keep an eye on in the new season, especially for Dublin clubs.
